6/18/2008 - New pump cover policy in place

Any pump device, upon completion of use, will be wiped down by nursing, then covered with the brown plastic bag as shown, and transported to Central for processing.
This policy was enacted for our safety and to help provide a way to show what pumps are used, and which are clean.
No pumps will come up from 2nd floor with a bag over them, and none should be returned without a bag covering them.
Thank you for your attention and enactment of this new policy...effective immediately.

The UCSD Journal Of Nursing
This new exciting journal will be focused on nursing at UCSD, and will have articles authored by UCSD nurses about the wonderful and exciting things that are happening within UCSD and the community that we serve.
If you have an article you would like to submit or have any ideas of what you would like to see in the UCSD Journal of Nursing please notify slosborne@ucsd.edu or lcortimiglia@ucsd.edu
All submissions will then be discussed by the editorial board of the Image Council.
