MEDICAL STAFF ON-LINE APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1:  CALL THE DEPARTMENT CONTACT TO START THE APPLICATION PROCESS

MSONet is a web-based portal that allows medical staff practitioners to complete initial appointment and reappointment applications online.   Access to online applications is restricted. 

MSONet requires that you enter your E-Mail address and the special password you were assigned by UCSD Medical Staff Administration.

STEP 2:  AFTER you enter the MSONet Website:

    1. Click on the Application Forms link.  On the Application Forms screen you will see a check list describing exactly what you need to do to complete your application on-line.
    2. If you want to return to the application later, click the Save button to save your work.
    3. If you do not want to save any information, exit the application.
    4. When you have completed the application:
      1. Print the application.
      2. Scroll to the end of the document and click the Submit button.
    5. IMPORTANT:  In addition to submitting the online application, a Signed copy of the completed application with supporting documents, privilege form(s) and medical staff fee must be sent to Medical Staff Administration at 200 W. Arbor, #8821, San Diego, CA 92103-8821. 
    6. You may also click on the Tranfer Files link to send documents and images such as your CV, photo and copies of license registrations
