UCSD Medical Center has a single point of access that serves as the gateway for referrals to UCSD specialists and services. 
This physician-to-physician referral service exists to expedite inquiries and referrals/appointments from the medical community. It is designed to help physicians and their staff access patient services more easily and provide information about patient care.

- Hand, Wrist and Shoulder Surgery - Specialty care for all types of hand and upper extremity needs, from carpal tunnel surgery to complex hand and upper extremity reconstruction.
- Gynecologic Cancer Unit - The Gynecologic Cancer Unit within the Moores UCSD Cancer Center provides the latest diagnostic tests and state-of-the-art treatment for malignancies involving the female reproductive organs.
